Taking advantage of multiple subjects being in the same place during Seafood Industry Australia’s
biannual conference, Henge Design was tasked with interviewing 45 people over three days.
The subjects varied from young recruits to seasoned professionals, from a wide range of occupations
including live-catch fishers, aquaculture fishers, scientists, regulators and managers.
Each interview was edited into short 2 to 3 minutes videos concentrating on the subject’s typical working day,
how they got into the industry and what aspects of the industry keep them interested in pursuing a career.
In addition, several themed videos were cut featuring multiple subjects discussing issues such as environmental
sustainability, gender, community engagement and localisation.
The videos feature on the Seafood Careers website and as content for the Seafood Industry Australia YouTube channel.
