Seafood Directions 2026

The Australian Seafood Industry runs a national conference every two years, bringing together stakeholders
involved in live catch fishing, aquaculture, science, industry, hospitality and government to discuss current
issues and lay out roadmaps for the future. The 2026 conference was coordinated by Seafood Industry Australia
and hosted in Sydney at the International Convention Centre with events at the Sydney Fish Market
and local restaurants.

The assignment was to produce a short sizzle reel condensing the 3-day conference and
associated events into a few minutes, highlighting the breadth of presentations, engagement
of the audiences and - most of all - the wonderful people who make up the Australian seafood industry.
